Refund Policy — Peptide Innovation Lab

Thank you for your purchase from Peptide Innovation Lab. As all of our products are research-grade peptides intended for laboratory use only, we maintain strict quality standards and a clear refund process to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition
  • The product seal is intact and the item has not been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Due to the nature of research chemicals and strict quality control requirements, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products that have been stored improperly (outside of recommended conditions)
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Products returned without prior authorization

Condition of Returned Products

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Products must remain unopened, unused, and untampered with. If an item arrives damaged or its seal is already broken, leave it as received and contact us with photos. Opening the outer shipping box to inspect your order does not affect eligibility.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Please include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2 business days to review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@peptideinnovationlab.ca.

Shipping Returns

If a return is authorized, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Peptide Innovation Lab is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

All products sold by Peptide Innovation Lab are strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal use, consumption, or therapeutic application. Refund eligibility is assessed solely in the context of research product quality and delivery conditions.
