Peptide Innovation Lab is a Quebec Based Company, registered and in good standing. We operate exclusively as a research chemical supplier, not as a pharmacy, compounding facility, or health product distributor.
2. Intended Use of Products
All products sold by Peptide Innovation Lab are intended solely for laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are:

3. Health Canada Compliance – Research Use Only (RUO)
We label all products in alignment with Health Canada's Medical Devices Regulations (SOR/98-282) as Research Use Only (RUO). Products are not intended for clinical investigations or diagnostic applications.
RUO-specific labeling includes:

- "Not for Human or Animal Use"
- No dosing, reconstitution, or administration instructions provided
4. Product Testing & Documentation
All products are tested using HPLC and Mass Spectrometry to ensure purity and identity. Each product listing includes a downloadable Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming:
- Peptide identity
- Purity percentage
- Batch/lot number
- Testing methodology
COAs are available directly on our site or upon request for regulatory or institutional review.
5. Packaging, Labeling, and Shipment
All products are shipped in tamper-evident, RUO-labeled packaging. Our packaging does not include:
- Medical symbols or clinical imagery
- Dosing or administration instructions
- Any language implying therapeutic or health benefit
Shipments comply with applicable Canadian postal and courier regulations for research chemicals.
6. Communication & Customer Support Policy
Our customer support team is trained to assist with order inquiries, shipping, and documentation requests only. We do not provide:
- Guidance on dosing, preparation, injection, or storage for human use
- Medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice of any kind
- Recommendations on peptide use outside of laboratory research contexts
Any inquiry suggesting intended human or animal use will be declined and may result in order cancellation.
7. Enforcement, Monitoring & Misuse Reporting
Peptide Innovation Lab actively monitors for orders or communications that suggest misuse of our products. We reserve the right to:
- Cancel any order we believe is placed for non-research purposes
- Permanently block customers who violate our Terms of Service
- Disclaim all liability for misuse of our products
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement, Health Canada, and other regulatory authorities in any investigation involving our products

Peptide Innovation Lab maintains full transparency with payment processors, shipping partners, regulatory authorities, and industry watchdogs. We provide documentation upon request to confirm our RUO classification, business structure, and compliance practices.

10. Quebec Consumer Protection Act
Peptide Innovation Lab acknowledges the applicability of Quebec's Loi sur la protection du consommateur (Consumer Protection Act, CQLR c P-40.1) to the extent it applies to transactions conducted with Quebec residents. Notwithstanding the Research Use Only nature of our products, we are committed to fair, transparent, and honest commercial practices in all customer interactions. Where any provision of these terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection provisions under Quebec law, the applicable Quebec law shall prevail.
Governing Law
This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this notice or our business practices shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
